In order to rent from RE/MAX Realty Source Property Management, tenants must pass a background and credit check. Customers interested in renting from us may visit our office during normal business hours (M-F 9 am to 5 pm) to complete an application for a credit/background check. The cost for this service is $50.00, which is due at time of application.
